The 1133 North Capitol development is located in the dynamic NoMa neighborhood of Washington, DC. This is the first part of a multi-phase development, with the first building being a 13-story design with 430 units, and approximately 380,000 SF of residential space. Two levels of below grade parking are also proposed for this initial phase. The exteriors of the building will encompass brick as well as metal panels to complement the existing neigh-borhood aesthetic. Rooftop amenities will include a pool and panoramic views of the District. The project is also targeting LEED Gold certification status.
