Moya Design Partners created all-inclusive interior branding and décor for Space+, WashREIT’s innovative, new flexible coworking space at Arlington Tower in Rosslyn, VA. Due to increasing market demand, WashREIT is developing 60,000 sq. ft. of Space+ over 15 of its buildings. Space+ at Arlington Tower consists of five high-end suites totaling 22,000 sq. ft.; they vary in size from 1,500 to 5,000 sq. ft. and accommodate 15, 28, 32 and 32 employees. All of the suites come furnished, but tenants can customize and add to the suites to suit. Space+ is providing extra flexibility by offering business leases from as short as 30 days to as long as 10 years.
