MGM Food Venues Logo Concepts
The National Market is part of MGM’s $1.3 billion resort and casino project in Prince George’s County, Maryland. As the Interior Designer for the food hall, the team worked closely with MGM to frame the concept, which was inspired by the experience of an outdoor urban market. These logo concepts were created to complement the interior design proposals for the dining spaces.
Each venue has a distinct identity. Bright colors combined with geometric shapes and patterns present a fun Mexican concept, while a cool blue-and-white palette with a reef graphic conveys a seaside seafood experience. Noodles and chopsticks on a simple black-and-white background signify a Chinese restaurant, contrasted with the bright red-and-yellow palette for which the famous Ben’s Chili Bowl brand is known.
