This high-quality childcare facility will be situated on a 2.3-acre property in an area of Silver Spring that transitions from high to low-density at the edge of the Central Business District. It will feature 16 classrooms and serve approximately 180 children between the ages of 0-5. This new project respects the site’s 50-year history and the landscape of the neighborhood. The center will feature a large community room and a commercial kitchen for community-focused events.
The MGCDC-CentroNía childcare program will proudly meet the demand in Montgomery County for high-quality early childhood education. MOYA is using our expertise in designing educational spaces to build a stimulating environment dedicated to the learning and development of Silver Spring’s youngest children, families, and community.
