We worked with Detroit-based ROSETTI as Associate Architect for this Entertainment and Sports Arena. The building is part of St. Elizabeth’s East, a heritage site east of the Anacostia River in Washington, D.C. The St. Elizabeth’s East redevelopment project is focused on innovation and renewal. The goal is to kick-start the neighborhood by creating a hub for housing, workforce development, tech, and cultural events. This will provide a much-needed boost to Ward 8 and create more “pathways to the middle class” as part of Mayor Muriel Bowser’s new series of economic initiatives.
