Delta Towers Design Concept

This mixed-used residential design starts with street-level retail along both Bladensburg Road and H Streets in Washington, D.C. Its shops recall the historic market that once lined this neighborhood. The concourse level opens onto the corner of the intersection. It holds a reception area and management offices. Amenities include a business center, lounge, a party room with kitchen, a health and wellness center, and spa. These back onto a private and secure garden terrace. The terrace is landscaped with native trees and locally sustainable vegetation.
