MOYA Design Partners is currently transforming the 1151 Bladensburg Road building, near the National Arboretum in Washington DC, into an innovative spec office. The project’s interior design features an inviting open office plan filled with natural light, fostering collaboration and creativity. Alongside modern work areas, private offices, and meeting rooms, the design includes functional telephone booths for privacy.

Bright interiors and thoughtful layouts contribute to a dynamic work environment, complemented by unique amenities. Building upon a previous success in the same location (the Pathways to Housing office project), MOYA is excitedly shaping this space to inspire and energize its future occupants.
