Located in the heart of the Georgetown neighborhood in Washington, DC, 1050 Thomas Jefferson NW is an office building undergoing renovations to their first and second floors. The MOYA interior design team is leading the design of the amenities and workplace spaces for this project. 

The first floor includes shared amenities for the building’s tenants. This includes a WiFi lounge that can be used as a conference or lecture space. Additional meeting rooms and a coffee bar are also part of the vision for the ground floor’s layout.

The second floor involves an interior tenant renovation for business use. An open concept co-working area, workstations, conference rooms, and a lounge are all part of the vision for this office space.
