Carola’s diverse experience spans multiple creative disciplines, enabling her to navigate seamlessly between architecture, interior design, and graphic design. She has worked on a variety of projects, ranging from corporate to residential, across Latin America and the U.S., and has held key roles at WeWork and VDV Arquitectura, where she contributed to complex, high-impact designs. In her most recent role at MOYA, Carola played an essential part in the Business Development and RFP department, helping to tell MOYA’s story through well-crafted proposals that highlighted the firm’s strengths and creative capabilities.
Originally from Venezuela, Carola holds a Bachelor of Architecture from Simón Bolívar University. Outside of work, she enjoys traveling to experience new cultures, which continuously inspires her creative process. Carola is also passionate about board games and cherishes time spent with her dog, helping her stay balanced and unwind.
Aura Telman is the Culture & Experience Director at MOYA. She combines strategic HR management with a focus on mental health and employee wellness. With over 10 years in HR and project management, Aura has developed creative solutions in wellness, recruitment, performance management, and employee engagement. Aura’s expertise includes designing HR strategies for hybrid/remote environments, team alignment, and wellness workshops. She has a strong background in full-cycle recruitment, onboarding, and HR strategic planning. Her role at MOYA is defined by her commitment to strategic HR management and mental health advocacy.
Aura holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Human Resources Management from Kwantlen Polytechnic University. Aura is a certified Mental Health First Aid and Mindfulness Practitioner and a member of the Certified Professionals in Human Resources of British Columbia, Canada. Aura is fluent in English and Romanian, her native language, as well as Moldavian, and has basic proficiency in Spanish. Originally from a small Romanian town, she has a passion for cooking, frequently experimenting with and perfecting new recipes from diverse global cuisines, especially those rich in unique spices and hot sauces.
Kareem Priestley, an experienced accountant at Moya, has over 18 years of finance expertise. His proficiency spans a range of accounting practices, including accounts payable, receivable, payroll, financial reporting, and treasury functions. Kareem’s role is pivotal in ensuring smooth financial interactions with clients, vendors, and subconsultants, contributing significantly to the firm’s operational efficiency.
Before his tenure at MOYA, Kareem demonstrated his financial acumen as the Director of Accounting at Royalty Solutions and Concord Music Group Inc. in New York. Here, he adeptly handled general accounting operations, played a key role in external audits, and skillfully managed the transition of financial data across software platforms.
Kareem’s academic foundation in finance is rooted in a Bachelor of Arts in Accounting from Clark Atlanta University. Originally from New York, Kareem enjoys spending quality time with his family and friends in the city that never sleeps.
Fernando Bermudez is the Operations Coordinator at MOYA. With over a decade of experience in operational and program management, his approach to operations management is multifaceted, combining strategic planning, analytical talent, and excellent people skills. His proficiency in Microsoft Excel and his ability to multitask and proactively address challenges make him a key asset in driving efficiency and innovation within the team.

Bernardo Corrales is the IT Manager at MOYA, responsible for safeguarding and enhancing the company’s IT infrastructure. His expertise in cybersecurity and IT consulting comes from working in Latin America, the USA, and the EU. Bernardo handles various aspects of corporate IT security, including system design and development, from the initial requirements to ongoing support.
During his tenure at MOYA, Bernardo has improved MOYA’s IT infrastructure by implementing cloud services, optimizing system performance, and maintaining strict security protocols. His work with virtualization technologies, particularly in financial institutions, has been recognized for its innovation.
Originally from Costa Rica, Bernardo holds a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science and is a Microsoft Certified Professional. When not navigating the complexities of IT, he is a dedicated father of three, which keeps him equally engaged and busy.
Alexandra Jelkh is the Proposal and Business Development Manager at MOYA, where she leads the strategy and execution of proposals and drives initiatives to expand the firm’s client base. Alexandra also conducts market research, identifies new business opportunities, and fosters relationships with potential and existing clients to support the company’s growth in a competitive industry.
With an MBA and over 7 years of experience in marketing, Alexandra brings a strong background in strategic thinking and process development. She has worked across diverse industries—including law firms, marketing agencies, startups, and the wellness sector—where she specialized in creating innovative solutions and streamlining workflows to enhance business performance.
Outside of work, Alexandra is passionate about dance, especially ballet, which has been a lifelong source of discipline and creative expression for her. She continues to pursue this passion in her free time, finding joy in movement and artistic performance.
Alejandra Chacón is an Editorial & Graphic Designer at MOYA Creative, where she develops compelling visual materials that support the company’s business development and branding efforts. With a degree in Graphic and Advertising Communication, emphasizing Branding, from the University of Medellín, Alejandra brings 7 years of experience in communication and design. She has worked as a designer and social media manager for companies, NGOs, and startups, where she refined her expertise in editorial design, branding, and digital content creation. Her diverse experience enables her to craft unique and effective visual narratives tailored to the needs of different audiences.
Outside of work, Alejandra has a deep passion for aquatic sports and dedicates time every day to swimming and practicing apnea, a skill she has been training for over five years. She finds peace and mental clarity through swimming and breathing techniques, which help her calm the mind and maintain a balanced lifestyle. Daniela Morris is a Senior Graphic Designer at MOYA Creative, where she leads the design process for a variety of projects, delivering visually engaging and innovative designs. Collaborating closely with the creative team, she develops cohesive visual identities and design solutions that align with MOYA’s brand vision across both print and digital platforms. Daniela also supports the development of RFPs and graphic design proposals, contributing to the firm’s efforts to secure new business opportunities.
Daniela holds a degree in Graphic Design from Universidad Jorge Tadeo Lozano, a renowned institution in Colombia with a strong reputation for its design programs. There, she built a strong foundation in branding, editorial and advertising design, and photography. With experience managing branding strategies, creating social media content, and developing editorial materials for both digital and print media, Daniela has refined her skills in conceptualization, abstraction, and innovative problem-solving. Her background working with international clients has also given her a global perspective and adaptability in her creative work.
Outside of her professional role, Daniela enjoys playing the bass guitar as a creative outlet to explore rhythm and sound.
