The Bridge at 2442 MLK Jr Ave SE is a 112-unit affordable housing project in Washington, DC, designed by MOYA Design Partners and developed by MRP Realty. Completed in 2022, this 153,800 square foot building revitalizes the area near the Anacostia Metro Station, aligning with DC’s affordable housing goals.

The Bridge features a mix of residential and retail spaces, with a design that includes tall windows for natural light and a durable ground floor, reflecting the resilience of Historic Anacostia. The project has achieved Enterprise Green Communities (EGC) certification, emphasizing sustainability and eco-friendly living.
